Volunteers

Like many community sporting clubs we are run by volunteers. To spread the workload as they say ‘many hands make light work’ - and we are no different. Each season we rely on the generous time, effort and donations of our volunteers. What’s in it for volunteers?

• Learn, practice and experience new roles related to your work, study or desired vocation

• Meet great people! Create networks. Many of our volunteers have gone on to land great jobs at our sponsors or members.

• Giving back - giving your time and effort can be highly rewarding

• Update your resume/CV - Vice President, Treasurer, Coach etc look great on any resume

All our volunteers (that commit to the whole season) receive free WBFC apparel and FREE entry to one major function per season (eg. Presentation Night or Mid Year Ball)
